The Dolphins played inconsistently today and lost it as Matt Schaub ran it in from the 2 yard line with 3 seconds left in the game. The touchdown was a "gift" as the Dolphins did not have any linebackers in the middle of the field, so, Schaub pretty much skipped into the end zone. As far as us having the ball with 3 seconds to go, I don't understand the thinking of dumping it off to Ricky and laterally it from one guy to the next.Is there no confidence in Pennington's arm? I believe we only saw the Wild Cat twice in the second half, so, that was disappointing as well. Special Teams is a concern as well as the Dolphins gave up a punt return for a touchdown. The bottom line is when you score 28 points it should be an automatic "W". Let's put it all into perspective that this is the first year of a rebuilding job and being 2-3 right now is being ahead of schedule. Rich will be here tomorrow with a more indepth look at what he thought of the game. So, let's put the Phinfever 24 Hour Rule that T-Rock imposed on us last year (move on to the next game after 24 hours of griping) into effect.
