Part of the reason he received that contract is because he's proven he can do it without good talent around him. You add Wallace and Keller, who will catch the attention of opposing secondaries and linebackers, and Hartline now has more space to operate. He'll have more TDs this year.
His advantage from the get go is Tannehill's comfort level with him. I'd bet he is the most targeted receiver thru the first few games.
