I guess something is better than nothing. If we were to release him we would have gotten a big bag of nada.

I'm good with this trade. We will be able to move around quite a bit in next year's draft.

Tends to be that way with this franchise.

We need one of those AFC cartoons of someone doubling over in laughter, falling all over themselves in hysterical, uncontrolled merriment at the funniest line to ever be posted on any sports message board ever.

Just consider: to get rid of this 7 year albatross, the Dolphins had to pay the bulk of his salary plus give up picks just to get him the hell away from here. And they didn’t stop there. I’m sure they had a team of the best movers in SoFl make a bee line for his house, pack the place up, don’t bother turning off the lights, and rocket off with a police escort out of town straight for Tennessee hoping, praying the Titans didn't change their minds.

But anyway, back to reality.

Reality is Tannehill is a better QB than Mariota. And when he leads the Titans to the playoffs this year, you will realize I was right all along.

Ok. Double or nothing on that twenty you’ll owe me on Browns/Dolphins playoffs?

Thill is lucky to get past five games w/out getting hurt now. His body is broken. And that’s not saying anything about all the intuitive skills he lacks for the position.

The deal is better than nothing. More picks and cap space the better. It is now looking like we are gutting the roster and starting afresh. It's a shame that Cameron Wake had to go, I still believe he had a place here to help as a veteran presence, but hopefully he can have success with the Titans to end his career. And good luck to Tannehill as well, he will likely end up playing sometime next season when Mariota is hurt again.

As for us, it will be interesting to see what direction we go in at edge and qb.

I don't own a jersey with a current active player. My two white jerseys old logo and current logo/50th anniversary nike jerseys are both Ryan Tannehill. My old logo nike jersey is Cameron Wake and my new logo/50th anniversary nike jersey is Such. And a recently purchased Nike Authentic jersey is Cameron Wake. So I'm in the same boat!

Though there's nothing wrong with wearing any of those player's jerseys, especially Wake since he's one of the best to wear our uniform.

Browns haven't won a playoff game yet. Everyone needs to tap the brakes on the Browns a bit. They're only 2 years removed from 0-16 and everyone has them playing the Patriots in the AFC title game just because they have Beckham now. They lost a good piece to their defense when they let Greg Williams go, and that will show up come playoff time, if they make it that far. A lot can happen between now and then, including injuries to key players. But yeah, I'm in for another 20.

Incredible how you spin things....for weeks you’ve been selling us that Tannehill, the guy no one wanted unless the Dolphins paid his salary on another team (how do you like him winding up like Osweiler?), should return and with him this nothing roster can make things happen, miraculous things, and here’s Cleveland, projected top 5 favorite to win the SB and you somehow can talk them back to 0-16.

I have a guy that will buy the Brooklyn Bridge and you are the man that can somehow sell it to him. I’ll call you.

You’ll owe me 40 bucks in December when Tannehill went on IR the first week he fills in for Mariota and Browns clinch the division and a bye before xmas.
