He's sitting there excusing important plays being missed in the Pats game because QB's like Manning/Brady have missed passes. It's an empty comparison.

I would have to say that both Giants victories came on drives with Eli making huge plays. His receivers held up their end of the bargain as well, but Eli came up huge both times.

Everybody misses every once in a while, even the best. Every guy has a bad day here and again, doesn't matter who you are. But what seperates the best from the rest is how infrequent those bad days are. Tannehill has the potential to be great, he just needs to develop, get more consistent, and make those bad days more infrequent.

awful lot of luck too. Let's not forget he went 9-7 both years. Those Giants teams won on the strength of their defense. Eli played the Phil Simms role. The guy still goes a month long of playing bad football at times. I know, my entire family are Giants fans and they bitch about him all the time. He may have 2 rings but he's no Peyton.
