 Tanny taking reps!
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap100000 ... s-practice Quote: It looks like the playoff-contending Miami Dolphins should have their starting quarterback available this week against the Indianapolis Colts.
Ryan Tannehill took first-team reps in the portion of practice open to the media in Miami on Wednesday, according to Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald. Tannehill suffered a hyperextended left knee and deep thigh bruise last week against the New York Jets. Backup quarterback Matt Moore finished out the game. Think we got a name for him too. Re: Tanny taking reps!
It sounds like the injury was more of a scare than anything, but that said we need to keep a close eye on it and make sure he's healthy going into this game. Of course we'd prefer to have Tannehill under center, but that's only if he's able to play at a high level. If the injury is a severe hinderance then we might be best served to rest him another week, but I hope that isn't the case.

Quote: Matt Moore is listed on the Dolphins' Week 9 injury report with a calf injury, but was a full participant in Wednesday's practice.
The fact that Moore practiced fully suggests this injury is not a concern for his Week 9 status. However, most signs are pointing to Ryan Tannehill (knee, quad) starting on Sunday against the Colts after the rookie was limited in practice on Wednesday. http://nbcsports.msnbc.com/id/49628216/ ... ayer_news/
