But the defense is stinking it up early.

 Re: Raiders at Dolphins
Just what the Dr. ordered...lol. Raiders on a short week in Miami. The second half was all Dolphins. Reggie played like a beast. The "white wonder" (Hartline) was unstoppable today. Defense has to do a better job on staying with the plays, to many chunk yards by the Raiders today.

 Re: Raiders at Dolphins
I love the playcalling!
Tannehill will be a great QB for the Dolphins. Someone worth building around.
If we want Bush to be healthy at the end of the year, maybe sub in Miller a little more often.
I don't see how nolan carol made the 52.
If Philbin can install his TEAM PHILOSOPHY this year, and get everyone on board, then fill in holes with the acquired draft picks, this could be a whole lot more than just a GOOD team!

hopefully the Pats start to decline. Tom would rather be modeling than taking hits.

He makes unbelievable throws This is an honest question, did you have a false sense of security/hope like this when Henne was in his early stages here? I am in no way critisizing you because I am on board as well.

No I didn't. With henne, I knew a pick was coming at the wrong time.

No. Henne didn't have the confidence Tannehill has. Tannehill is allowed to audible now, Henne wasn't allowed to do that for atleast a year. Tannehill is more mobile and seems more accurate. Granted Tannehill is running the same offense he ran in college, but he just seems much more comfortable leading this team than Henne ever did.

No natural feel for the QB position. Tannehill is just a natural. He's still incredibly raw and already leaps and bounds better than Henne.

 Re: Raiders at Dolphins
I admit to not watching the game, only highlights but I did listen. It was mostly the running game beating the Raiders. Tannehill managed the game well. He did have one big time first down in Q4 when they really needed it so kudos there. However, I've yet to see him dominate a game. Way too many 3 and outs when they put the game in his hands in Q2.

However, I do not see what you're complaining about when we converted 52% on 3rd down when we forced Oakland to a colossal 8% conversion rate. Not to mention the game was practically already put away by the start of the 4th quarter, but we did do a damn good job of moving the chains late regardless.

I've said all along that this team has the talen to win 10 games. I don't think anyone can deny they're capable with a rushing attack like that. This is a win-win because it gives them the luxury of bringin RT along slowly. Staying away from throw-throw-throw-punt like in Q2 is something they have to do. Anyway, its always a great day when the Patriots blow an easy one and the Jets get beat down.

 Re: Raiders at Dolphins
Wow.....what a rushing attack!!! Smart play calling today. Don't force Tannehill to win the game. Reggie Bush and the left side of the O-line were awesome. Miller also was impressive. When Tannehill did go to the air Hartline delivered again and again. The defense was slack early, but got stronger as the game went on. Fasano delivered a huge block on Tannehill's TD run and would not be denied on his TD reception. Still....it was Reggie Bush's game. Two phenomenal TD runs. Simply outstanding!!!!
