Re: Goodell Contact Extended The only thing I have against Goodell is the penalties for excessive celebration... I think that's absurd.
Everything else I agree with... players need to be protected. Companies all over the world are continually enhancing their safety standards to better the lives of their employees... why shouldn't the NFL do the same? _________________

I don't agree with his hatred for James Harrison, his love for all things New England or his way of making things safer. Yes, make it safer...but don't jeopardize the game. Some now hate Joe Pa, but he had the best idea that nobody listened to: take away the facemasks. How many guys want to use their head to make a tackle if their face isn't covered? _________________
