Right now he is a one year wonder & from what I've read about him. Not the most motivated player either.

He's a physical freak, but nothing more than that.

He was very productive on the field this past year. I don't think it's fair to label him Gholston until he plays in the NFL. I personally think the guy will have a good career.

Again. Not fair to call him Gholston until you've seen him in the NFL. Pierre Paul was very productive on the field this past year.

I think Pierre Paul is a much better athlete than Vernon Gholston was. You could see in the combine workouts how stiff Gholston was, while this kid moves very smoothly in the drills.

That being said, he had 6.5 or 7 sacks this year, his only year playing D1 football. It one thing if you keep him at DE, but if you are a 3-4 team looking at him at OLB, then you are now talking about grooming a kid for a new position with limited production due to playing only one year of major college football.

The one thing that Parcells and this regime likes is multiple years of production. That why a Brandon Graham or Everson Griffin make more sense than Paul for Miami at #12.

I do believe someone is going to take Paul before he gets to Miami though. Al Davis loves freaky athletes.
