Re: Florida QB Tim Tebow is finally changing his mechanics
Can't believe I'm saying this, but I'd rather have White.

You're constantly overrating size, and the one time that two players that are the exact same except for their size...you go with the smaller one. Players can overcome size, but White has shown he can't...and yet you take him over Tebow, who is a beast of a man. I just don't get it..

Whatever Tebow can do, Ronnie can do better.
White does have the added element of speed, quickness and elusiveness, and just because we have not used it does not mean we will not be able to utilize it in the future.

But that's if Ronnie gets hurt.... Considering I asked WildCat, I meant the WildCat...so you would never have White run anything, yet you'd prefer him over Tebow. Hmmmm....you even prefer Dan Carpenter over Pat White. You sir, are a trip.

I hate to say this about the guy because he's such a great dude, but to me he will be a useless football player who brings absolutely nothing at the next level.
Even for a guy like Tebow, you have to do something before you become a leader. I don't think he'll be able to establish him as one.

Re: Florida QB Tim Tebow is finally changing his mechanics
Prisco thinks he'll be a late 2nd day pick .... if he's lucky. Pete Prisco wrote: Mike Holmgren, now the president of the Cleveland Browns, has always been regarded as a sharp quarterbacks coach. Holmgren said Friday he thinks it will be tough for Tebow to change the motion.
"It's always been my opinion that that's the most difficult thing to change in any quarterback," Holmgren said. "I've read he's got a number of guys coaching him up on that and he's trying to change it, but it's really hard to do, I think."
Even if he tweaks the motion, gets the footwork right and can take snaps from center, it's hard to dismiss his most important problem, which is reading the field. http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/story/1298 ... ft-day/rss

Re: Florida QB Tim Tebow is finally changing his mechanics
Pat at least has the ability to run it to the outside, and you can come up with some stuff in the WildCat that way.
With White is is yet to be seen though I guess. Because he can convert to a skill position, or maybe return punts, and become usefull that way. We'll see though.
I'm not a fan of either.

We see how that went last year... Something to the result of almost a career ending hit.
