Mike Holmgren, now the president of the Cleveland Browns, has always been regarded as a sharp quarterbacks coach. Holmgren said Friday he thinks it will be tough for Tebow to change the motion.

"It's always been my opinion that that's the most difficult thing to change in any quarterback," Holmgren said. "I've read he's got a number of guys coaching him up on that and he's trying to change it, but it's really hard to do, I think."

Even if he tweaks the motion, gets the footwork right and can take snaps from center, it's hard to dismiss his most important problem, which is reading the field.

I hate to say this about the guy because he's such a great dude, but to me he will be a useless football player who brings absolutely nothing at the next level.

Even for a guy like Tebow, you have to do something before you become a leader. I don't think he'll be able to establish him as one.

Pat at least has the ability to run it to the outside, and you can come up with some stuff in the WildCat that way.
