The NFL really needs to change their rules for what constitutes a catch. I don't care how you dice it, that was a touchdown. I don't think you need to make it all that complicated, almost everyone at home can easily identify a touchdown when they see it, and that was a touchdown. Too bad for the Lions, they got jobbed.

Agree 100%... he was clearly using the ball to get back to his feet and they somehow misinterpret that for an incomplete pass... c'mon refs, you're people, not robots, use your best judgment.

Absurd! That was one amazing catch, and it was taken away by some darn technicality?

Snow plow...
Tuck...
Hand Rail...

I dont get that at all either. When rushing all you need to do is break the plane of the goal line for a TD, even if you drop it after you break the goal line. So why not the same rules for a catch? As soon as you have posession and 2 feet in, isnt that the same as breaking the plane of the goal line??

I remember Chris Chambers made a nice catch in the corner of the endzone and because he lost posession after he hit the ground out of bounds it was ruled no catch.
