LOL! I guess when you are in the league long enough, you are going to be a genius once in awhile. He's overrated and he seems like he's a stubborn bastard with some of these players. Does his ego have something to do with? I'm just speculating....
I don't think he's overrated. He's done a great job of re-hauling each basement franchise he's been with. The Jets were 1-15 and he got them to the AFC Championship game in 3 years. The Patriots were a cellar team and he got them to the Super Bowl in 4(?) years. Obviously we know what he did in NY.
Dallas had nobody before he got there, and he left Jerry Jones with the most talented team in the NFL to dismantle.
We'll see where this 3rd year and his 4th year takes us, but I wouldn't necessarily be calling him overrated. He's done nothing but consistently prove he's one of the great of all time as far as rebuilding franchises.
