Miami Dolphins tight end Anthony Fasano signed his one-year tender, according to a league source.

Fasano, the Dolphins' starter the past two seasons, will be paid $1.759 million in 2010.

He'll likely continue to serve as the team's starter as long as he holds off Joey Haynos, John Nalbone and Kory Sperry during training camp this summer.

I thought guys that dont sign their tender are usually doing one of two thingsr.
Holding out in hopes for a new contract or extension.
Or waiting as long as possible so if trades are in the works they are able to negotiate with the team thats interested in them....

Fasano really isnt a hot item after last years performance, cant say I blame the Fins for not giving him anything yet, he needs to get back to his 2008 playing, then he will earn it...

Only thing I read about Ronnie is the rumor stuff about them talking about a deal etc...

But judging from a few Ronnie interviews down here, he is well aware that he needs to prove himself again.... So I am sure he will sign it soon...
