Richie Incognito wants Fins return
One day after making his first public comments since undergoing treatment in the wake of the Miami Dolphins' bullying scandal, free-agent guard Richie Incognito said Wednesday he hopes to return to the team.
"Returning to the Dolphins was my number one goal from the time I got suspended," Incognito said in an interview with WSVN in Miami. "... I want to return to the community in Miami and resume my playing career as soon as possible."

It will be interesting to see how the Dolphins react to this. We have a definite need for lineman, but Incognito may have burned too many bridges with the bullying scandal. However, he is going to therapy, and we are talking about the same team that kept basket cases like Ricky Williams and Brandon Marshall around.

What do you guys think? Should the Dolphins consider brining him back for another year?

Philbin wanted to get rid of Richie after the golf tourny issue & I think he's glad to be rid of him now.

I dont think he can come back

No chance. He will be lucky if he ever plays another snap in the NFL with another team. I'd rather see Miami resign McKinnie or Clabo.

I agree that it has been, but if Miami brings Richie back, it still going to be front and center for this team again. Incognito needs to be with another team.

I'd bring him back in a heart beat but that's just me. I hate when the media crucifies people on the altar of political correctness. Richie was guilty of being a jerkwad and a m0r0n, but the press and Martin's lawyers took it to the realm of ridiculousness. That being said, no one will touch this guy anymore, his career is toast.

I was a big fan of his, enjoyed his passion and emotion on the field.

And while I think the Martin issue had more to do with Martin's mental stability, I cant ignore the fact that Ritchie was encouraging a rookie or second year player to go out drinking while he struggled on the field.
He seems to have a childish mentality, and is more insterested in drinking and getting laid than he is on football.

Whatever he is on, he needs to get back to reality. Ain't no way he comes back to the Dolphins.

Move on, Richie. The Dolphins were going to move on even if this didn't come up due to other past problems with him.

He should be brought back just for blowing kisses at the Jet sideline.

lol Mitch. He's a cancer, bully, drunk, womanizer, POS, and he sucks as a lineman. Yes, let's bring him back.

If Martin had not been such a pansy then Incognito would still be on the Dolphins right now. Such is life!

Exactly, its sad that a grown man "bullys" another grown man and he now can hardly find a job, he and his family have to go throw hell and he eventually needs to get "treatment" but guys who break the law like crazy, go to jail, commit murders and abuse women can find a job easily in the league. Yeah that crap makes much sense

In this league he's good enough. Now as far as ts the "crap" (wanted to use a stronger for that lol) it's true they're studs but look at some of the comments on here and what everybody on tv would say about "a bullying scandal" I mean im 23, 6'1 220 and if somebody tried to push me around im laying them out not crying, leaving my job and going home to mommy and daddy while I ruin another guys life and blame my bosses for the fact that im a coward. Ijs

Really, a former Pro Bowler doesn't have talent? A top five free agent guard this year doesn't have talent?

If you want to build your arguement around his character, then I understand where you're coming from. But saying the man isn't a good player, well, that just doesn't add up.
