They have us trading down with the Cowboys and with that pick, selecting Cody.

27. Miami Dolphins (via trade with Dallas): Terrence Cody, DT, Alabama
The Dolphins trade back with Dallas and still get the type of big run stuffer Bill Parcells loves.

This was kind of interesting too.

29. Buffalo Bills (via trade with N.Y. Jets): Tim Tebow, QB, Florida
The Jets want out of the first round and the Bills want back in for guess who?

Two-thirds of the earth is covered by water. The rest is covered by Vontae Davis.

Rather have Earl Thomas than Cody, but if we trade down and get Cody AND someone like Hughes or a decent guy then I'd be all for it.

I'm all for it! Cody is the most dominant run stuffer to come into the draft in a long time, he would definitely be a great addition. He's the guy I've wanted all along. Bottom line, we gave up 40+ more yards per game when Ferguson went out last year. Fact, Cody hasn't surrendered a hundred yard rusher once since he arrived at Alabama. If we draft Cody, you can almost count on teams being forced to throw all day long. We could draft a safety in the second round and OLB Eric Norwood in the third. I've heard Norwood is one of the Tuna's favorite prospects.

I'd be surprised if they went for Cody, only because I don't see them interested in a guy with big time weight issues. I could be wrong of course, and I personally would like the pick as it could immediately take care of the NT spot. If Cody is able to come in and start at NT and play effectively, then that is another hole closed.

I would love that pick on the condition we pick up Dallas' 2nd round pick and land Hughes or Kindle. Earl Thomas is a great prospect but he was invisible in the National Championship game and I personally like the kid from IUP a lot, he can be had in the 2nd or 3rd round. The ONLY guy worth taking at the 12th pick or even trading up to get is Eric Berry!
