Rich you can point out every detail you want, but it doesn't work that way in the NFL "for the most part"...Mr. Semantics.

This is not a discussion about semantics.

You like to play with words. It's hard on the board because you take everything so literal whether you do it on purpose to be a (fill in blank) or that't the "real you". I admit, it's hard on the board to converse and actually know what the other person is "trying" to say, you don't act this way face to face when we talk. semantics....below

the logical aspects of meaning, such as sense, reference, implication, and logical form

Either way Rich, sit em, start em, you have to perform or you will be replaced. I remember you and I liking Henne at a game. Fast forward I saw some problems with the dude throwing a pick a game killing us. I jumped off the Henne bandwagon while you said the same things you are saying today. He needs time, the OL, dropped passes, ETC. Today Henne sucks. Now, I'm not saying I don't like RT and I agree on all you talking points regarding what is going on. the Coaching and OL are huge concerns, and yes, RT is still developing. With that, I want to see the INTs and fumbles to drop whether we expect it to happen or not in his young career.

well they are rookies playing a tough position to transition to. But it was said that Lane Johnson has improved dramatically after a rough first month. It still would have been the better move.

Typically offensive line is a position where elite talent transitions quickly to the NFL.

As for Johnson improving drastically, you're making stuff up here. He's got a -9.3 pass block grade for the season and in his most recent game against Tampa Bay he gave up 5 pressures. He's ranked 59th overall and 66th in pass blocking.

not makin anything up, your boys at PFF are the ones that said it.

You'll have to dig those posts up. I think every one of us wanted an OT in the first round, but it just didn't happen. The Dolphins only were interested in were Fisher and Joekel in the first round. They weren't too high on Lane Johnson and he was picked 4th.

are you serious Dave? I got crucified every time i mocked us taking a linemen in round 1. The majority here were highly against it.

I admit that I have problems putting the blame on Tannehill when the offensive line and playcalling is so terrrible. That said, Tannehill needs to be more consistent. I really think this will come as he continues to develop.
