NFL Network / Media & NE Media are saying they never reached out or have spoken with Lloyd.

Quote:
According to FOX's Jay Glazer, Danny Amendola has sustained torn adductors.
The adductor muscles connect the hips to the legs. Glazer adds that Amendola has gotten conflicting reports from doctors on whether he has a sports hernia. He's gathering more opinions and will then decide how to proceed. If Amendola needs surgery to repair a sports hernia, he'll likely miss 4-6 weeks. If not, he could be back within 1-4 weeks. So we have a fluid situation and a wide 2-6 week timetable.

If the Dolhins don't win the AFC East, they will be seriously underachieving. No excuses.

I never thought that Mitch, your optimism is contagious. I'm starting to believe.

after watching the Bucs play today I believe they have enough to beat the Patriots. They play frustrating defense, they bait the quarterback alot with those linebackers. And they have better weapons on offense than New England.

i think its pretty clear any team can beat the Patriots this season. (OK maybe not Jacksonville). But the schedule will take care of itself. Not looking to see who can beat them in any given week. Just looking to see who our next win will be against.
Them being knocked off their throne was going to happen eventually. I still say the other 3 teams in the division should be ashamed for not fielding a team to do it sooner.
This might be about them coming down to that level rather than the other teams moving up to theirs.

I think it is a bit too soon for that strong of a statement.

I don't see the patriots getting any weaker than they currently are. If you can't take it from them now, you never will.

So you don't see Brady ever retiring?

Actually it is not & that statement above is 100% accurate. Everything seems to be falling into place for us and while things can change in one play .... right now we are the best team in the east and im not surprised at all.

I don't want to be the kind of weak team that needs a player on another team to retire so they can win. I keep saying it, they need to TAKE it, not wait forr the pats to give it away. This should be their mentality, must win the division, because there is no excuse not to. I want it now, with cry-brady and belicheat still there. The AFC East is completely winnable for this Dolphins team. There is no reason to not expect them to get it done. They need to live up to this very reasonable expectation.

Ok, I'm not disputing that. But you said:

They would get considerably weaker when Brady retires, which isn't that far away. He's 36.

Also, Gronk will be back soon and these rookie receivers will probably get better. They are still a dangerous team.

I was refering to the current brady-led pats, not the entire future of an organization from now till eternity.

But Kraft is a great owner and belicheat always finds ways. I'm sure they will find life after cry-brady, but I don't even want to wait that long. Why let another team dictate when you are allowed to win?

They are also weaker because Brady is becoming past his prime. During his prime there was never a thought we would be the better team.

Well that statement is not 100% accurate but it is a strong opinion.
I think it is too soon to make the statement that the Phins are the best team in the AFC east but I hope I am wrong and you are right.
