Re: Dolphins 23, Browns 10: The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly
Ya those were bad calls too..funny lol
Lets see they converted not one but two 1st downs(bad calls?) and had a 2nd and 19 and 3rd and 19(which one would you have run on this time?) and it was 6 plays 1 penalty..not 7
That 3.6 would have bailed them out...
I'm sure if you wanted to force the 3.6 and and ran maybe 2 or 3 more times against a very good Dolphin rush D in a pass league you could be a better coach(Sparano)...The game dictated almost all those plays.
Did the game dictate the opening drive where he had 5 rushes 26 yards and a converted 1st down ? Passing league right? LOL
33 of those passes were clock plays or out of control score plays and i'm not gonna bother counting but i'm guessing plenty more were dictated by down and yardage. We did have 5 sacks and they had some penalties.
You're not going to bother because you're stubborn and won't go look at the 4th quarter play-calling, at the juncture I'm talking about when they started with the ball in a tied 10-10 game. After we went up 20-10, that is when they went into desperation mode with 20 passing attempts on the follow up drive yielding no points. That's still 33 attempts by Weeden to Richardson's 13 carries.
Their offensive penalties:
- 2nd Quarter on 2nd and 8 on a pass play
- 2nd Quarter holding on 2nd and 10 run play
- 2nd Quarter 1st and 10 false start in the shotgun formation
- 2nd Quarter 1st and 2 pass play illegal formation
More proof of erratic playcalling.
By the way Richardson was also targeted 6 times and caught 2...Maybe they should just change ther name to the Cleveland Richardsons and give him the ball every play
Oh and of coarse fire that bum Norv
How many running backs has he made great again?
Oh right .... Because Richardson is the second coming of a multi-purpose back like LaDanian Tomlinson. LMFAO
