Post Dolphins try to "lowball" Soliai and give him an ultimatum
The last time I saw Soliai play this well it was the last time he was in a contract season.

Quote:
Long-term contract negotiations between the Dolphins and NT Paul Soliai recently broke down.

The Dolphins reportedly extended Soliai an "ultimatum," and his agent wants more money than the team is offering. "Don't do deals when people give lowball offers and ultimatums," said agent David Canter. Soliai, 29, would be a fairly hot item if he reached 2014 free agency. He's a premier run plugger.

With the #1 pick in the '14 draft the phins select (name here) DT.

I'm thinking that, too. I'd like to keep him, but he'll be 30 and should want the paycheck of his life to finish off his career. I don't think we should pay it. And I think you can get a good DT later in the draft.

Trippin.

I've never seen that guy collapse a pocket as much as he did today. Pay that man. 3 years with a 4th as the team option.
