Post Chad Pennington and Tannehill talk leadership
Barry Jackson wrote:
Chad Pennington, who worked as a quarterback consultant at some offseason Dolphins practices, said Tannehill visited him in Kentucky and “I gave him a few handouts that I found in my notes concerning leadership, favorite quotes, etc. that I thought may be useful.”

They talked for awhile about “teamwork, media interaction” and more, then “went to the horse races at Keeneland.” Pennington said he doesn’t expect to attend training camp.

Just don't give him advice on 'playing it safe'. I still wonder if Pennington ruined Henne with his conservative approach to the game. Henne always seemed afraid to take leadership and take appropriate risks.

I don't think that was Pennington. That was OC Dan Henning.

I think it was just Henne. He has a new coach, and coord and still is second to a young QB.

In my opinion I saw something totally different in Tannehill, maybe just biased fanatic optimism, but still he seems to have much more confidence on the field, and is surely given A LOT more control than Henne.

LOL ... I Think Tannehill has mastered the 10 yard buttonhook.
