BY the time he comes out of the draft. You gotta wonder if he will be a higher touted prospect then Luck or RG3.

Of course he won because he was mentored by Tannehill.
Honestly it is a pretty incredible accomplishment. I did not think they would give it to a freshman but the class was pretty weak I guess.

I did not think they would give it to a freshman but the class was pretty weak I guess.
His numbers were too profound not to win it, Freshman or not, but he also did not get stiffer competition although I don't want to take anything at all away from Manti Teo, but Barkley and Landry Jones were very disappointing this year and ones that were supposedly preseason hyped to compete for the heisman.
Manziel was amazing though. I did not realize that he is actually 6 foot 1 (Thought he was smaller, but same height as Drew Brees) and Russell Wilson is 5'11, so there could very well be a bright future ahead in the NFL for Manziel
