The Colts fired GM Bill Polian and his son, Chris today. Jim Caldwell will reportedly be gone within 48 hours. Steve Spagnuolo was fired by the Rams. The Bucs gave Raheem Morris the axe. I feel kinda bad for both of these guys. They're both young and had teams on the rise last season. But you can't justify keeping them on with the records they posted this season.
