Most of you are depressing, I bet any one of you $100 that anyone on the right side of the OL will give up more sacks than J. Martin. Any takers, be happy with the Dolphins, The OL is less than average but lets not sell the OL short before the season even starts! $100, anyone? They were ok last year.

If I could afford to lose the money, I'd take that bet.

that's a suckers bet for you. Clabo is one of the better right tackles in the game.

I base my opinions on what I saw last year and what I have read this year during camp...

Martin is not winning any popularity contests just yet. I do hope your right, because talking is far less depressing that watching this team lose games week in and week out

Not only is Clabo better, but Martin is on Tannehill's blind side and will be going up against tougher match-ups than Clabo will.

Martin doesn't need to be great. He just can't be as bad as last season.

Martin will be better than last year. How much better remains to be seen. There's a reason why the Dolphins could've brought in Bryant McKinnie and Branden Albert but chose not to.

Is that just a general observation, or is there a particular reason? The suspense is killing me

LOL

This jury is still out on Martin. If this inconsistent play carries over well into the preseason games, don't be surprised if Miami makes a move. Hopefully Martin gets better, but right now he makes me very nervous protecting Tannehill.

We will likely have extra tight ends or keep the better blocking backs in the game on passing downs. Our receivers will have to work hard on getting open early because Tanny will not have much time to hold onto the ball. Sounds like a familiar story from the days of Sparano.

So you spread phony "positive energy" by virtually attempting to jinx the other half of our line? Ya, that makes sense! You don't have a leg to stand on anyways. There is nothing in his short resume that would logically lead you to assume that the right side of the line (led by a seasoned veteran Clabo) would give up more sacks than the left.

Regardless, I'm not betting money against players on my favorite football team. As little as I think of Martin, I still want him to succeed.
