Guess they aren't all that pleased with Fuller, McNutt, and Bumphis.

What about these guys?
Brandon Lloyd
Austin Collie
Donald Driver
Steve Breaston

You still need bodies in training camp. You also need guys who have talent to push the likes of McNutt, Fuller, Bumphis and Stafford.

Lloyd flunked out of the Patriots system and has attitude/locker room issues (similar to Johnson last year). Collie has concussion issues worse than Robinson (I think). Driver pretty much stated Green Bay or bust. I have no idea with Breaston.

Collie would be fantastic if he could see straight. He's a New York Minute away from retiring due to concussions.

What scares me is that the Pats are desperate for receiving help and haven't even given him a look. Having watched most Pats games last year I'd argue he never really seemed to show up. He had some flashes and junk yardage but never made a big impact.

Between Wallace, Hartline and Gibson there appears to be some good speed and solid route running. I'm hoping either McNutt or Fuller become the surprise red zone threat. Then again, as others have noted, we hear about that one or two guys every year who are supposed to "breakout" and end up being duds.

I would rather a hungry player that wants to play and can play special teams for a 4 or 5...Than a headcase locker room cancer also..

Funny everyone McDaniels brings in is a bust

McNutt got the start opposite Gibson for the scrimmage (Hartline and Wallace didn't participate).

Good news for him... I know Iowafin was huge on him coming out of college.
