I voted no because the $ aren't a part of the poll. Sure I would make the trade if he is only looking for 5-6 mil., but that's not what he wants, so NO!

Yeah, it might be more realistic to add trade that pick plus give him a Jake Long type extension - yes or no.

I honestly don't care about national media criticism because they are proving to be boneheads anyway. Give him a deal you can get out of in 2 years and draft some depth. This offense could be on the cusp of something very good so why risk it with iffy blind side protection.

If Johnson is still available at 12, no. If all three OLTs are off the board when we pick at 12, and Albert is willing to do a long term deal for less than $8M a season, yes.

If one of the top 3 is available for us at 12 then that changes everything. But conventional wisdom says that they aren't getting to us, so I say do the deal and give him a contract that's a compromise on both sides. A little less than his optimum, a little more than ours.
