Miami Dolphins ranked #19.

We should have finished the season somewhere around there, being 7-9.
It is difficult to say we did not improve, yet we stay at #19.

We shall see where this goes throughout the rest of the offseason.

We've improved at the wide receiver position, and some might say the TE position. That being said, the Linebacker swap might be tit for tat, and we lost our probowl starting left tackle, starting RB, and a starting CB. For a pre-draft ranking, I think it's fair.

I had already forgot about the CB.....Tom Jones, wasn't it????
OK, I'll agree. It's fair.

Our starting left tackle USED to be a Pro Bowl left tackle, but he wasn't one in 2012. We lost the 46th ranked offensive tackle according to PFF. We also lost a pretty mediocre starting CB.

The only player we lost that was actually a plus to this team was the RB.

We do have someone waiting in the wings to replace the RB, but we have no replacement for the LT, nor the CB. So at the moment we have taken a fairly large step backward in those positions.

There is still an argument for a small shift up, but I do agree with somewhat static ranking.

Every team loses players and adds players every year.

The players that have left the Dolphins were calculated departures. Some were not good fits, having joined the Dolphins under a different coaching staff.

The players that joined the Dolphins were not just haphazard additions of someone randomly throwing money around. They are great choices who compliment our system, and in my opinion, the Dolphins have improved much already, and that is before the draft.

Miami Dolphins ranked #19.

This is ok with me. I'd be nervous if they bumped us up due to free agent additions. The team is a little more exciting.

Q: Is Miami any better now than they were last month?

ESPN: Absolutely, Teddy. The Dolphins were not nearly as explosive or athletic as they are now. They got faster at WR, TE and LB. Most importantly, I think Ryan Tannehill will be better in Year 2. His growth will make the Dolphins better overall.

This list says that Danny Amendola is an upgrade over Wes Welker. Just reading that you can tell that this list is 100% pure BS.

Last time I checked Miami's 2012 record was still 7-9.

I think they are going in the right direction. If they continue and have a decent draft, which I fully expect, I see at least 10 wins. Maybe a playoff game.

The jets are #31 and the bills are #28. That's about right, but I think #5 is kinda high for the pats, and I don't see the Seahawks #1. The 49ers look tops to me right now.
