Richie Incognito is the king of the Miami Dolphins.
There is no other way to explain his positioning inside the team's locker room. And if you factor in his role as the team's enforcer and resident crazy guy you'd rationalize why he's the player who gets The Throne.
...
In case you didn't know, NFL locker rooms are just like lunch time in high school. There are cliques, and not every team has a harmonious locker room environment. But this is the best I've ever seen the Dolphins.
They enjoy each other's company, and have a good vibe. The Dolphins are also buying into Philbin and the coaching staff, which two months ago I would have told you would be a hard sell. But winning helps.
...
The Dolphins acted like they were supposed to kick in the face of Rex Ryan's team, and it was no big deal.
SHOCKING!!!!!!!!
But that's Philbin
...
Philbin OPENLY admits repeatedly he'd rather build HIS TEAM through the draft rather than lean on free agency ...
