After five games, the list of those impressed with the line’s play starts with rookie Ryan Tannehill, who has been sacked just 10 times. At this time last season, the line had allowed 18 sacks. “It’s a really solid group,” Tannehill said Sunday after being sacked just twice by a Cincinnati defense that entered the game with a league-leading 17. |

Re: Dolphin Offensive Line playing well That's mostly on Tannehill getting rid of it. Miami has allowed the 10th most QB hits in the league. So it's still a concern.
Unfortunately Jake Long has turned into a near-liability. I'd be close to classifying his play as "bad" the past 2 weeks. |

Re: Dolphin Offensive Line playing well A lot of our plays are designed to get the ball out quickly, and RT has done a great job of handling pressure. Because RT is a rookie starter teams seem to be blitzing us more often as well. Despite the numbers being down from last year, he's still one of the most sacked/hit quarterbacks in the NFL. If he's going to have a long career we need to do a better job keeping him upright.
