We talk about this team and their youth and as I was watching the Cleveland-NY Giants game they put the stat on the screen of the youngest teams in the NFL. I believe it was Cleveland, St. Louis, Philadelphia and then Miami.

We all know this team still needs pieces, but so far I have been impressed with the job Joe Philbin and his staff has done with this team so far. They have gotten better week by week and that is what you want to see in a young football team.

Good job coach except for one thing I have noticed, in every game late in the 4th quarter the play calling has me scratching my head and wondering if smarter plays would have won a couple of games.
