Re: Gaffney Inactive for Cincy Game
Quote: According to one Dolphin insider, Gaffney experienced leg soreness this week as he tried to get back on track physically after being out of the NFL for more than a month due to a quadriceps injury that resulted in him being cut by New England late in training camp.

Re: Gaffney Inactive for Cincy Game
He's been rehabbing for a while now and we run very high tempo practices. It might take him a week or two to get into game shape.

Re: Gaffney Inactive for Cincy Game
Look he needs to go...After all he missed on that Egnew pick!!
And while we are at it Philbin also needs to hit the road...Starting Tannehill has to be the stupidest move in Dolphins history..He shouldn't even have a chance to put on the uniform this year.
Tanny needs to sit atleast 2 years so he don't get ruined like that Henne.

Being in shape is one thing...being in football shape is another. They need to ease him into combat.

If he can finish the season with around 30+ catches and pile up 300+ yards at the #3 receiver spot, he'll be a great addition. We don't need much from Gaffney, we just need him to take a little pressure off of Bess and Hartline.
