Re: PHINFEVER NCAA '10 pickem Tourney
My bracket was gone with the Robert Morris upset...so the fact that I picked the Panthers to upset Kansas doesn't mean a whole lot.

Northern Iowa just torpedoed a lot of bracket, mine included.

I can't believe I picked Butler to beat Syracuse, but man am I happy.
They just saved my bracket.
Let's hope Xavier can pull off the same type of upset a little bit later!!

With Syracuse out I now have two teams left in the Final Four, but with Kansas as my pick to win it, I am out. I really sucked this year in my picks as I rank #17 in our pick 'em .... very pitiful;)

Re: PHINFEVER NCAA '10 pickem Tourney
Yeah, Xavier was one of my Final 4 teams...what a game last night.
Hopefully Kentucky can take care of business and win this thing. The way they are playing, they won't even break a sweat against Duke or Baylor, and then in the Championship against whoever they play.

There is no bracket in America that has WVU and Butler in the Final Four, there can't be!

Re: PHINFEVER NCAA '10 pickem Tourney
I almost did, as I had WVU and Butler getting into the elite 8.
Why can't I be more of a risk taker. Lol.

Re: PHINFEVER NCAA '10 pickem Tourney
Watch out for ole Big Dave. I jumped up from 17 to 12 last night with my upset pick of West Virginia over Kentucky.
Now, I need Duke to beat Baylor then West Virginia to get to the Finals!

Re: PHINFEVER NCAA '10 pickem Tourney
Before the conference tournies began I had Butler, Syracuse, Xavier and VIllanova in my final four. Then 3 of the 4 were in the same bracket so I had to make some adjustments. Butler and upset over Syracuse? Definitely, but certainly a strong contender for the final four.

Re: PHINFEVER NCAA '10 pickem Tourney
I was in pretty good shape with even Kansas being out, but this weekend did me in. Butler beat Kansas State and Duke beat Baylor. I was not really surprised by WV beating Kentucky, but I had Kentucky in the Final Four as well.

Looking back at it Tony, I'm not exactly sure what made me choose W Virginia over Kentucky. I'm glad that I did. I jumped from 17 to 6 over the weekend. Good to see that I have a little pulse to maybe finish in 2nd. This has been a pretty strange tournament.

I had Butler getting beat in Round 1 and somehow I'm still in first. Strange tournament this year.

Who would have seen that the first couple weeks of the tournament as I was way down in the rankings. I thought about having Duke as the national champs, but Duke was not dominant in the interior.
