I would have loved to keep the guy, I was kinda upset about seeing him go especially after he said in an interview that he knew his role and didn't expect starter money. He's smart and a teamplayer and I hope he has a good career ahead of him. Now we need to find a good nickel corner to fill the void

Because it is not that hard to find a decent nickel/dime CB.

The Broncos are trying to recreate our secondary from 2008...this is not that big of a deal for Miami.

Smith and Davis will start and Will Allen is more than capable of taking over the nickel back role that Jones held. Plus Jason Allen is a versatile and YES underrated DB who can play corner or safety and be the man in dime coverage. I know everyone is disappointed that he did not become a top starter but Allen has developed into a solid backup and special teams player and is a very valuable member of the secondary.

Ok, then who can replace him

I don't know....Find a CB in round 5 or 6 to start to develope, or sign a veteran CB to be the 4th or 5th guy (depending on JA).

Man, Miami's secondary has sucked for years and now Denver is sporting a 3/4 Dolphin secondary. Not picking up Denver Def in FF next year!
