Be careful what you wish for Thigpen lovers, you just got it. He is HORRIBLE. Can't even throw OVER the line??? Henne looked like Einstein with his decision making next to that guy. 1-11 says it ALL. Get better Henne QUICK!!!

While I am one of those "questioning" Henne and not "bashing" him, you are 100% correct. Thigpen sucks.

I'd like to give Thigpen another look! when you are bashed on the oline and running game, mixed with 5 days to prepare mixed with WR dropping alot... You can't give a accurate look at him.

I have to agree w/ RedZone. I am not a huge fan of Thig, but I believe anyone behind that makeshift O-line and that atrocious play-calling by soon to be fired and retired Henning would fail. He has only taken 1st team reps what one day?

Thanks JFF. How anyone can come to a conclusion on Thigpen based on that game isn't being rational. I'm a Henne supporter, but Thigpen wasn't given a fair opportunity to succeed.

While I agree.

How many took this position when AJ Feeley had to play under the same circumstance in '04 with his first start against the Bengals

or

With John Beck with his first start against the Steelers?

Most walked away bashing them.

And they are out of the league.

1-12 as a starter in the NFL. Even when he had time, he threw the ball high and almost got Bess killed. Balls got battI know Marshall dropped a couple, but we (I) knew what kind of player he was when he came here. A prima donna with no heart and no brains.

John Beck is not out of the league.....and the Dolphins gave up on him without a fair evaluation of any sort.

Oh, he plays for the Redskins that traded for a QB in the offseason. John Beck sucks...

AJ Feeley is currently with the Rams & John Beck is with the Redskins. So no they are not out of the league, but never got another chance after the way things went for them in Miami.

I said the same thing about Feeley & Beck, but it did not matter to most that they both were put into play without any help from the rest of the team.

The Redskins traded for Beck in Aug which was AFTER they traded for McNabb.

I'm not going to argue Beck, but you are spouting off without any info.

Sorry that I don't "waste" time researching every little detail when the point is that Beck will never amount to anything regarding playing football. Sorry again...

Beck will probably end up beating the Phins butt on some future Monday Night when he comes in off the bench....like Ray Lucas and a list of losers too long to post up right now. Cutler just beat us with a passer rating of like 64.

The team that Beck was on wouldn't have traded him if they thought he was going to be anything....see KC trading Thigpen. Man, this league is starved for quality starting QBs.

The quality QB's are out there. The team just has to make the right decisions. The Dolphins can't seem to make the right decisions....

Now even the Raiders are winners.....and if they start passing you up, then you know your team is going in the wrong direction.

You do not waste time with a lot of thing.

BTW, did not have to research.

Not arguing that. Yes the league is starved to quality QB & they want to extend the season 2 more games.
