The Dolphins have become a player-friendly atmosphere thanks to the money that Heizenga and Ross have dumped into the team hoping to build a winning team. This should allow the team to attract top free agents and UDFA as long as we have the cap for them.
The Dolphins ranked among the top teams in the NFL in a first “report card” on player experience released by the NFL Players Association Wednesday.
Miami ranked second in the report card, only trailing the Minnesota Vikings. The Dolphins received an A+ in five categories: weight room, locker room, strength staff, training room and training staff. Miami also received an A in travel and nutrition and a C+ in treatment of families.
“The facilities grade out at the top of nearly every category, the staff is well respected, and the players feel like both the trainers and strength coaches add to their success,” the report said.
I read this as, if you're an often injured, older free agent looking to ride out his career... look no further than Miami. You can take advantage of them and sit out most of the year due to your injuries, then cry after the season is over and move along and go be a pro-bowler again.

Omar was a professional Dolphin-soccer mom all those years sippin’ on starbux & basking in the glory of the hot bleachers, just watching practice and creating rifts & gossip about the team and nothing else. If Miko & him ever hooked up a reality TV camera crew could follow them all the way to the grave
