I think Jammer put this in the correct light in a few post not too long ago.

Tua will be back, Grier is back, they're all back.
Let's hope that they fix the o-line for Tua's sake this year. At least attempt to fix it. I have low expectations of that actually coming to fruition, but we can hope.

That being said, this may tbe the make or break year for all of it, if Tua can't get it done without being hurt again, if the o-line still sucks, etc... I think they have to take a hard look moving forward at some "key pieces". Grier included.

Grier will just find another fall guy. This year it was Boyer.

Just wished for once you paid attention to the other 31 NFL teams. Just once.

Supposedly they are also going to work on teaching Tua how to fall safely. I guess they do teach such things, but maybe they are supposed to learn this back in high school or something. This year he was taught to stand in the pocket and let the play develop which put him more in harm's way due to a lack of protection.

This is where the NFL is hypocritical. Lets face it. They do not give a rats backside about player safety, just like every other corporation in America. They know someone will take your place. Its why you protect yourself from them. As much as I want Tua to play against the Bills. The smart choice was made. Kudos to Tua.

Mahomes has a bad ankle. We all know that, and he will play tomorrow. However, all they are doing is shooting him up with pain killers. No one comes back from an ankle sprain in a week. No One!!

RG3 played with a destroy knee, when he factually should have not played. It destroyed his career, but yet fans call him a bust and the NFL moved on with no regards to what he did. Thanks, but get the F out of here. We have money to make.

That's a bingo!

If I recall, wasn't this one of the bigger issues with the nflpa and the NFL a few years back? All those old retired guys lost out on a boat load of money because of having to retire due to injuries and the NFL left them high and dry? Granted a lot of those dudes blew through their cash too, but the NFL hadn't and still doesn't do a whole lot to protect their employees.

I saw a lot of positive energy with this team so I admit the year was a move forward. But I still feel worried we are stuck on repeat. (Offensive line will remain below NFL standards). ...one good thing I learned today at least is that the rumor of Brady being considered a possible option for Miami was totally exposed as the lie we all knew it was. He's retiring for good. Let this be the last already elite QB that is rumored to consider Miami. We have heard this lie since Drew Brees and maybe even before. No already elite QB will ever go to Miami for whatever reasons (I believe it's the owners and GM failures that would hurt their stats). But it's better to build your own elite QB anyways. But it starts with a darn offensive line that is an above average.
