They gave Allen a lot of trouble in the 2nd half. I am wondering if the Dolphins will be able to maneuver the cap in order to keep Zach Seiler.

Without Sieler, the defense will likely regress….but keep that front intact and get a healthy secondary and you might have a top 10 defense. If they had traded for Roquan Smith and passed on Chubb, it would have been even better….Smith was the kind of linebacker Miami desperately needed and Chubb was not much of a factor and expensive as rotational depth.

Sieler is under contract in 2023 at a very favorable cap hit. Not sure what the heck you're talking about here.

I think it is one of his rotational posts he only has about 3 or 4 One about Tua, One about Grier, this one about how Phins should have gotten Smith instead of Chubb and then a more general one about how bad the Phins are and how good other teams are in comparison. He just mixes a few more words in sometimes to kind of try and make it look like it fits the thread.

You don’t think it would be wise to extend him now….

Sure, but you said "without Sieler", which means you thought he was going to be a free agent.

How much to extend him? It seems like a better choice to pay him now….but we thought that with C too….

That's probably on me. I have been saying that he is going to be a FA.

That was a terrible thing to do. "The horror!, The horror!" ( with a nod to Conrad's Heart of Darkness)
