I would say that this draft probably saved Grier's job. He did a nice job and I'm expecting TE Hunter Long to look better this year.

Jaylen Waddle isn’t the highest-graded Dolphins rookie? Believe it or not, that is the case. That’s not to say Waddle wasn't in the mix, as he posted a 78.3 overall grade himself, but Holland has been just as impactful, if not even more, on the defensive side. The reason the Dolphins aren’t higher on this list with those two is the rest of the class hasn’t lived up to their expectations.

…and Phillips showed major improvement in the second half of the season. Eichenberg has been a major disappointment, but he had a lot of snaps with the worthless Jackson playing guard right next to him. Still, Eich seemed to regress during the season. Doesn’t it suck seing Bellicheat reloading so quickly while our team has been floundering for so long?

'Cheat had a lot of cap to spend this year, but I wasn't that impressed with his overspending. He also had a very good draft and worked the rookies into his system. We will have that cap this year. What is encouraging is that the new coach or new OC (if we hire a defensive minded HC) will be able to give Grier better input on who to add in the draft and FA.
