After watching the preseason, Moore has been Miami's most consistent WR. Is he a preaseason wonder? We won't know until the games start but my feeling is if the kid is given the opportunity (which we can count on Henning doing) he should shine.

I did not see anything I disliked about Roberto Wallace. Haven't done a lot of background on him, but what a "beast" when he gets the ball. Size and speed. Seems to have the hands. What is not to like. Is he too raw?

I would find a spot for him.

marlon played college ball locally, so i'm kinda fimiliar with him. fresno state relied heavily in ryan mathews but he enjoyed a lot of success because opposing defenses couldn't stack the box because of marlon's abilities. its hard to tell just what exactly marlon moore's ceiling is due to a lack of formidable opposition in college

Moley - Moore was given quite the opportunity last night and didn't come through in a big way. I guess we'll see if it was enough. I thought it was a good sign to see him returning punts. However, He might be a year away. Wallace came up big in the 2nd half last night and might have shown enough to ask Patrick Turner to leave.

Moore and Wallace both bought themselves roster spots last night.

I don't care if it will take Turner another couple of years...get rid of him. He's gotten outplayed by 2 undrafted rookies, one of which is just as big but more athletic.

Cut him and move on.

He has??

Moore - 9 catches, 106 yards, 1 score, 11.6 yds/catch
Wallace - 8 catches, 101 yards, 1 score, 12.6 yds/catch
Turner - 5 catches, 90 yards, 0 scores, 18.0 yds/catch

Both Moore and Wallace got their scores last night... to me, there's not a very big gap there. Of course those stats are limited, no idea how many targets each got... but that 18 yds/catch is looking pretty good to me.

Prediction:

Hartline for whom I am a big fan and can't believe I am saying this will be replaced as the number two by Wallace by mid-season.

Moore and Wallace (but especially Wallace) are diamonds in the rough.

Turner to the practice squad.

Whooooooooooa, totally disagree. Hartline is a freakin' beast. He's the Wes Welker that Cam Cameron gave away.

Hartline is NOT a Welker. More Don Beebe.

Yep, it's official. I like this move. We know what we had in Cam and Turner. It's time to let some guys with potential step up. At least these two guys looked decent in preseaon while Turner still looked lost.

Nor is he a "beast." He's a decent player...nothing to call home about.

Hartline is can't throw, return punts/kicks, tackle or line up at running back or tight end. Brian Hartline is Brian Hartline.

Wow! what a draft!

Our 2010 undrafted rookies made up for our 2009 high draft busts.

I am so high on every one of our receivers. They are all sick.

I wasn't knocking Hartline at all. Loved him coming out. Knew he had the skills (I even took him with my last fantasy pick). BUT Wallace (and Moore) could be an amazing find.

I can't decide what veteran/retired receiver Moore reminds me of. Maybe Harper from Dallas (opposite Michael Irvin).

Wallace reminds me a bit of Gadsden (strength/tenacity) and has the potential to be a Marshall.

Moore and Wallace had a nice preseason, but don't get too excited yet....they mostly faced the back-up defenders. Still, it was nice to see Turner become expendable.
