I had to share this strip-sack from the Raiders game.

I want to see this guy get blocked by a single linemen throughout one game. Just once.

Good question. That should've been the game changing play right there. You need your defense to make plays like that and then your offense must capitalize on them.

Like I said, outside of that huge momentum killing fumble, I liked what I saw from Drake. The film nerds back me up too. Hopefully that play will wake his as up and use it as a learning experience. You have to fail first to succeed. He’s young.

No, you don't fumble on that play if you're good. When you're presented with chance to go for the jugular, you do. That's the difference between being a winner and a loser.

What do you do for a living? And who the hell said he wasn’t TRYING to go for the juggler? My bad for being so blunt but that was the dumbest **** I’ve seen you post to date, and you are usually a solid guy.

I will say that that was a HUGE fumble. Drake will be "Sammy Smithed" out of here if he continues to fumble in the red zone. He is young, so, he is learning. Maybe he has little hands like Ricky;) I do love his acceleration and speed as he can turn it up with just a thought.

He is failing forward fast. : )

He made a mistake let's see if he learns. Deciding if a player is good based off of one game seems premature.

We are talking about Drake's fumble, right? Which came right after Williams scored an incredible 2nd effort TD, and our kicker executes a perfect onside kick. We had the momentum and he fumbles. You just don't do that in that situation. He's got speed and hit the holes quickly, but when you fumble in a crucial moment in the game? Not a gamer. Which doesn't mean I'm ready to write him off just yet, but he really has to show me something now.

Thanks, I'd completely forgotten about Sammie.

My bad. I was speaking on my behalf. Thought you were responding to my comments which obviously wasn’t the case.

I'm sure you speak for everyone but me :)

We're 4 and 4 and coming into the tough part of our schedule. I'm simply not in the mood to excuse our players anymore. It's time to win.

Back to topic ... How bad is Suh's contract handcuffing us?

Dude...it doesn’t #@&% matter what our record was from a long term view standpoint regarding Drake. He fumbled once. If I’m not mistaken that was the first game where he got real reps and outside of one really bad play, looked good. Let it go.

This team has been shut out by 20 and 40 with only 6 games, have been blown out in the other two losses and the 4 wins were by less than one score every time. Point differential is a much better indicator than wins and losses and we have gotten the **** kicked out of us in that category. Big time. You’re kidding yourself.

Suh's contract isn't killing us. It's the guy who signed him to that contract who is killing us.

It's not keeping us from paying our top 10 qb.. Pretty sure that will be worked on next offseason..

And I just want to add...One fumble does not make a guy a fumbler.. I know Ajayi never ever fumbled. Ricky Williams was a fumbler.
