He's coming off of a torn ACL .... I wouldn't expect him to be 100%.

The coaches are absolutely thrilled to have Patrick Cobbs (ACL) back and have big plans for him in 2010 – as a running back, Wildcat option, return specialist and gunner on special teams. “I have every reason to believe that he would make the full comeback and we would be able to give him all of his jobs just because of the guy, really,” Sparano said. “And as far as how much I’ve missed him, I think we’ve always said this during the season, but we missed this guy a lot.”http://blogs.palmbeachpost.com/thedaily ... a-bonanza/
Tony Sparano loves this guy, but he's not going to make a fantasy impact barring a string of injuries. Cobbs will see time as the primary kickoff returner, a Wildcat option, a backup runner, and a gunner on special teams.http://www.rotoworld.com/content/player ... _teams=MIA
