1. Tony Dungy has been an inside-football voice of reason and friendliness the last several years. Tonight he tries to be something much more. He tries to be a strong interviewer in a big news story. And with that role comes a responsibility that stretches beyond being a friend.

Considering the consequences of Martin's accusations against the Dolphins leadership in general and teammate Richie Incognito specifically, the hope is Dungy asks serious questions in tonight's taped interview (6:39 p.m. on NBC) rather than simply having a fireside chat. ...

* You didn’t feel comfortable telling anyone in the Dolphins about these problems, but were comfortable telling the entire country about them through leaks of text and anecdotes. Why?

* Did you ever simply ask your teammates to back off, ease up - anything to say you ddin't like this kind of behavior?

* When you or your people released Richie Incognito’s text to ESPN's Adam Schefter – the one where he used the n-word - it was not only an incomplete version of the text, but it was lacking in any kind of context that showed these obscene tweets were common between the two of you. Do you think that was fair to Incognito and properly depicted your relationship? ... ... ?track=rss
