Pretty soon the NFL will start fining players for off sides. The fines are getting out of hand. Fines should be for repeat offenders, not just one time plays.

Listened to a commentator the other day who believe the NFL will go the way of boxing. Where its still around, but no one cares.

I'm all for taking out the cheap shots, but not routine plays & there is even further talk that QB might be get protection even running down field.

I think the NFL expects players to have a crystal ball that tells them when a quarterback, receiver, or WR is going to lower their heads before impact. Maybe they should spend more money on another referee in the secondary to call pass interference penalties accurately. Bad calls like that can turn a game around. They won't do that as it is all about making money. If you lose a starting QB you lose your money-maker.

yes and when NFL Star Mario Williams goes high, clearly helmet to helmet with RT, lifts him up and plows him into the ground. Not only was it not called, it wasn't fined.
