 Henne gushes about Marshall
I love the indirect shot at Ginn Quote: "It's his ball in the air when you throw it up there," Henne said. "His size definitely stands out, and just the way he goes up and gets the ball. When he gets yards after catch, he's not looking to run out of bounds. He's more going after the corners, because he's 6-foot-4 and a lot of guys are scared of him out there in the open field." http://www.nfl.com/news/story?id=09000d ... nfirm=true

Henne must not have liked Ginn very much. Maybe between the drops and the college rivalry he is glad Ginn is gone

 Re: Henne gushes about Marshall
Yeah well now that Henne has the WR he was begging for, he better step into his own and perform this season. With the WR corps we have (which this board pretty much agreed was very young and talented without a number 1 before the trade was done) he has no excuse to perform badly now that he's not a rookie, and I think he's going to take on the challenge and prove he's the next big-time Miami QB. I can't wait to see our offense as a whole in action next season, though. Just as Marshall draws double coverage which will open up other WRs, our running game draws more men in the box which will benefit our passing game as a whole. If everyone performs to the best of their ability, stays healthy, and Henne blossoms, it really will be pick your poison with our offense next season. I don't see a reason for our offense holding us back as a unit next season.

 Re: Henne gushes about Marshall
Write it down. Marshall will score 15 times this season. Henne will be in the pro bowl.

 Re: Henne gushes about Marshall
Marshall will make Henne a better QB. With the arm Henne has. He can just throw it up to Marshall and trust that Marshall can come down with it. I expect some big deep plays this year.. and a LOT of YAC between the hashes.
Looking forward to Henne zipping them in there to Brandon.

Now with a top (wr) Henne must feel like he is back at Big Blue. When he was there and played really well he had a top (wr) and good (rb) and a hell of a good (Lt)........ooohhhh.......like now lol

 Re: Henne gushes about Marshall
Well Henne asked the FO for a #1 WR, preferably a vet. He got one in Marshall. I sure hope Henne works his butt off and takes advantage of the FO listening and bringing him a huge target. It's going to be a lot of fun to watch Henne rocket arm at work.
