But when Cutler went down again on Sunday, Moore brought a new energy and fervor to the Dolphins. He threw for 282 yards and a touchdown in the second half against the Buccaneers, bringing Miami back from a 20-7 deficit to tie the score with three minutes left. The defense let Miami down late in a 30-20 loss. http://www.palmbeachpost.com/sports/dol ... 6p80trNxL/
“It's clear that (Moore) is better than Cutler,” Barnwell wrote. “The Dolphins have just a 2.5 percent chance of making the postseason after losing four straight games, but with Moore an impending free agent and Cutler surely returning to the booth after the year, should they really be in a rush to stick Cutler back into the lineup?”
People tend to forget a crucial fumble in 2006 or 7 that cost us the game against Dallas, the NE game last year, and the game Moore started this year. He's erratic at best, but that does beat being consistently subpar (Cutler).
I actually like the idea of a FalesMoore combo to finish the season. See what we'e got in both.
